- Entrants must be 16 years of age or older at the absolute date of entry.
- Employees, commercial partners, or immediate family members of Gamelevel Studios are strictly prohibited from entering.
- The campaign officially launches on Friday, October 9, 2026
- The final closing window for all eligible entries is exactly 14 days from launch, closing on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 23:59 SAST. Entries logged after this timestamp will be disqualified.
- The prize consists of exactly two (2) professional K-Silver TMR Joystick Upgrades featuring Gamelevel Studios Signature Studio Tournament-Grade Calibration
- One (1) upgrade service will be allocated to the drawn winner, and one (1) upgrade service will be allocated to the single teammate tagged by the winner in the selected comment.
- The prize is a modification service only. Gamelevel Studios does not supply brand-new controllers, physical gamepads, or cosmetic shell modifications as part of this giveaway.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative workbench services.
- Customer-Provided Gear: Winners are required to supply their own functional, standard PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S controllers for the modification service. Gamelevel Studios will not perform swaps on pre-smashed, liquid-damaged, or unserviceable hardware.
- Logistics & Transit Costs: The premium workbench installation labor, components, and precision calibrations are 100% free. However, all logistics costs associated with shipping, domestic couriers, or drop-off to and from our Durban workshop are the sole responsibility of the winners.
- The winner will be selected via a verified, automated third-party comment picker live on Gamelevel Studios’ Instagram Stories.
- The Follower Audit: To claim the prize, BOTH the entrant and their tagged teammate must be active followers of @GamelevelStudios_sa at the exact moment of the drawing.
- If either account is found to be not following the page, the entry is immediately voided, and a redraw will happen live on camera.
